Freese and Nichols seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in in our downtown Fort Worth corporate headquarters. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be our champion of candidate experience. We want you to help us win another award in 2026.Your RoleAs Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will help facilitate a great candidate experience from the time of interview through first day preparation. You will work closely with the Recruiters as we identify, screen and select candidates to join Freese and Nichols, contributing to the growth of the company.Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule both virtual and in-person interviewsManaging logistical arrangements for interviews including MS Outlook appointments, MS Teams meeting set-up, resumes, interview guides and travel arrangements, if requiredAssisting recruiters in tracking feedback from interviewsTracking team metrics via applicant tracking system (Workday) reporting and other available sourcesTracking candidate progress through background and drug screen process and onboarding process via WorkdayProviding general customer service for candidates during hiring processDeveloping tools and solutions for recurring client requestsSuggesting process improvements to help create efficienciesWorking with a high level of confidentialityYour ImpactThe Freese and Nichols Talent Acquisition Mission is:To attract, select, and hire talented people to help them achieve their personal goals and for the success of the company in creating infrastructure that sustains our communities.
