✨Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Join the Team Behind World Sport’s Biggest Events📍 London (Kings Cross) | 🕒 FTC 6 months, hybrid roleAre you a super-organised administrator who loves keeping things running smoothly — and would like to grow your career in recruitment and HR?We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our friendly international Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month contract to help build our European teams for the FIFA World Cup 2026!The RoleYou’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality hiring process.This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in administration, coordination, or HR support who loves to use their organisational skills and enjoys working with people.ResponsibilitiesPost and maintain job adverts across our career site and job boardsKeep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and compliantReview applications, shortlist candidates, and support hiring teams by providing updatesCoordinate interviews and candidate communication and conduct screenings with professionalism and careSupport data tracking, reports, and recruitment projectsWhat You Bring✅ 2–3 years’ experience in administration, HR, or recruitment coordination✅ Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks✅ Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels✅ Comfortable with digital tools (ATS, Excel, or similar systems)✅ Enthusiastic about sport, media, and creating a great candidate experienceAt HBS, we thrive on delivering world-class broadcast solutions for major international events.
