Then read the job description below and apply now.What do we look for?Bachelor’s degree in relevant departmentsMinimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as hospitality or professional servicesProven experience in end-to-end recruitmentStrong analytical skills to work with data and the ability to measure and drive performance based on KPIsExcellent communication skillsMultitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasksProficiency in spoken and written EnglishWhat will you work on?Managing or taking an active part in end-to-end recruitment processes including search, mapping, and candidate relations management activities for all levels of positions.Taking an active part in local and global talent projectsPrepare daily & monthly & yearly reports to the management based on the HR metricsSupport implementing the employer branding strategy of Nusr-Et via social media and on field activities like developing and maintaining relationship with universities and other institutions to engage potential candidatesAssist employees with the newcomer onboarding processWhat’s in store for you?
