Job DescriptionDevelop recruitment strategies: Create plans to attract and hire the right people with the right skills to fulfill manpower requirement based on the supply / demand certain positionEnsure the recruitment team follows all recruitment procedures and policies throughout the processHave intensive relationship, cooperation & coordination with all parties both internal and externalEnsure team performance in accordance with KPI targetsUnderstand the entire company's business context, composition, competencies, deliverables and their stakeholders and support leadership with hiring of key positions.Create and lead strategic projects such as talent branding, recruitment software implementation, campus placements, expansion to new geographies, industry mapping, data analytics etc.Build and strengthen the talent acquisition funnel and ensure continuous tracking through employer branding strategyQualificationsMin. Bachelor's degree in any field10 years of relevant recruitment experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial roleExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfort in a data- and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision-makingStrong hands-on attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environmentExcellent writing and presentation skillsStrong leadership skills, experienced managing 5-10 senior-level subordinatesGood in English
