Summary:We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing UK team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities ; sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.This is an in-office role, ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating closely with team members in a fast-paced environment.Requirements3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT or financial services sector).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.Experience using job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.Must be able to work 5 days a week from the office.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure.Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring needs.Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer discussions.
