The role provides excellent opportunities to work alongside experienced HR professionals to train and develop. It will allow the post holder to gain experience and exposure in a wide range of different areas of HR that arent typically available at this level.So, what type of clients would I get to work with?We do a lot of work for non-departmental public bodies, for example the Northern Ireland Policing Board, the Probation Board, Education Authority, the Fire and Rescue Service and Public Services Ombudsman, to name just a few. We work for all 11 local councils and most of the local housing associations. We also support a variety of not-for-profit clients like Ulster Rugby, Cricket Ireland, Action Renewables, NI Screen, and Children's Heartbeat Trust.
