I. Company Description:Goody Group is a leading beverage brand in Vietnam, offering two flagship products - STAR KOMBUCHA and CHILL COCKTAIL, MAMAPOP, CELAII. Role Description:1. RecruitmentImplement recruitment activities aligned with the HR strategy and annual manpower plan.Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost efficiency.Build, develop, and maintain candidate pipelines and a talent database.Directly handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels, particularly from middle management to C-level positions.Analyze, evaluate, and optimize recruitment performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.2. HR Business Partner (HRBP)Identify employee concerns and propose appropriate solutions.Conduct market salary surveys and provide consultation on competitive compensation policies for each position.Collaborate with ISO/SOP teams on HR-related compliance and process matters.3. Training & DevelopmentConduct onboarding sessions for new employees on company policies and product knowledge.Collect and consolidate training needs from departments.Coordinate with managers or external training partners to organize suitable training programs.Maintain training records and evaluate post-training effectiveness.4. Employer BrandingDevelop and execute employer branding activities such as Job Fairs, Workshops, and Seminars.Support company and internal engagement events including Company Events, Internal Activities, and Teambuilding programs.Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.5. ReportingPrepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to recruitment, training, and employer branding.Analyze HR data (e.g., hiring success rate, turnover rate, recruitment cost) and propose improvement initiatives.Update and maintain HR records and data for evaluation and internal audits.III. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience in FMCG industry is a strong advantage.Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.Strong communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical thinking, planning, and time management abilities.Proficient in recruitment tools such as MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job posting/recruitment websites.Good English skills, both written and verbal, for work purposes.
