They're looking for a Talent Acquisition with strong headhunting DNA and a hunter mindset to help us grow faster and smarter. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end hiring process for tech and product roles across multiple marketsPartner directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to build pipeline strategySource, screen, and close top-tier candidates in a high-paced environmentUtilize headhunting techniques and direct outreach to access passive talentEnsure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journeyTrack KPIs, recruitment funnels, and maintain high closure rates ⸻ What We Look For 3+ years of tech recruitment experience (agency or in-house)Proven track record of hiring across multiple locations or marketsSales mindset: resilient, target-driven, and persuasiveComfortable with high-pressure, KPI-driven environmentsLinkedIn network of 5,000+ connectionsExperience in headhunting and market mapping is a huge plusFluent in English (working language) ⸻ Location: Remote 100%.Salary: 13,000,000 - 18,000,000 vnd net.Work with a global team from 16+ nationalities ⸻ 1.
