You will be part of a dynamic and innovative culture where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is key.About The RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our APAC HR team. In this role, you will support recruitment operations, help build employer brand initiatives, and gain exposure to global best practices in talent acquisition across multiple markets.This is a 12 month internship based in Vietnam, offering hybrid working flexibility, and monthly internship allowance (VND 8M/month).What You Will DoAssist in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple markets using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal ATS.Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience.Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires and interns.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment dashboards.Contribute to employer branding and campus outreach initiatives through content creation and event coordination.Participate in TA projects such as JD reviews, process documentation, and cross-country alignment.Conduct research and talent mapping for niche roles across APAC.Assist with vendor management and maintain the repository of recruitment-related contracts.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.Collaborate with and learn from HR professionals across APAC to gain hands-on experience in international talent acquisition.What You Will BringRecent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus (not mandatory).What We OfferHands-on experience in a global Talent Acquisition function.Exposure to international recruitment strategies and tools.Mentorship and guidance from senior HR professionals.Hybrid working (3 days in office)Learning & development to fuel your growth.Employee recognition and inclusive culture.Monthly internship allowance (VND 8M/month)At Ingenico, diversity fuels innovation.
