Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Support the candidate communication process, including sending invitations and follow-up emails.Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate trackers.Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs or campus recruitment events.Assist with onboarding processes and other HR administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using online recruitment tools.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
