This is where ambitious people come to accelerate their careers.Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting our recruitment operations for the Japan region. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner and the Head of TA, you’ll help us identify, engage, and onboard the next generation of high-performing professionals who will drive Third Bridge’s growth.This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn how an international recruitment team operates and to develop key skills in communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.What You’ll DoRecruitment Operations & Candidate EngagementSupport end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, casual calls with candidates and data management. Manage job postings across internal and external job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, OpenWork, JPort, university portals). Market Research & ReportingConduct research on hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and university partnership opportunities. Help compile recruitment metrics and prepare weekly or monthly reports for leadership meetings. Campus & Employer Branding SupportAssist in planning and executing university events, such as career fairs, info sessions, and workshops. Help create content for recruitment campaigns and social media (e.g., LinkedIn posts, event recaps, visuals). Team CollaborationWork closely with Talent Acquisition Partners in Japan to ensure smooth candidate and stakeholder experience. Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and cross-country coordination initiatives. QualificationsWhat You’ll NeedProficiency in Japanese (written and oral, JLPT N1 level or equivalent) and business-level English. Commitment to work at least 2 days per week for 3 months, with a potential 3-month extension. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute. Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any major welcome; HR, Business, or Communications preferred).
