Adecco is currently partnering with one of global payments technology company, in their search for Talent Acquisition Lead. This role will be exposed with end-to-end recruitment across the region, collaborate closely with South-East Asia team and providing strategic guidance to the business while partnering closely with leaders and teams to attract and retain top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Planning:Collaborate with the Head to manage headcount planning in Indonesia, especially for contractor requirements. Support in identifying strategies and approaches to manage headcount movement (new additions, departures, promotions).Recruitment Strategy:Advise the Head on talent sourcing, job design, and the appropriate approach for hiring specialized talent needed to support the business and its projects.Talent Outreach & Experience:Proactively identify suitable candidates for open positions and manage the end-to-end candidate experience (CV/profile screening, interview process, selection and offer, background check support, and onboarding).Collaborate with the broader internal ecosystem for activities related to background checks and onboarding.Recruitment Initiatives:Work with the Head, team members, and internal Talent Acquisition to lead initiatives that strengthen employer value proposition and enhance employer reputation in the market.Process Management:Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.Data-Driven Insights:Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to the Leadership team to support informed, talent-related decision-making.Requirements5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in both an agency and in house environmentA strong track record of recruitment delivery that includes both a diverse range of skill sets and market experienceDeep understanding of recruiting practices and trends in Indonesia; including ability to map the market, pipeline candidates and improve Visa’s position to hire top diverse talentA consultative, strategic and solution-oriented approach to how you manage relationships with your stakeholdersStrong focus on delivering the very best experience for your candidatesTo be highly organized and structured in the way you approach your workPreferably someone who has:Experience working in a large multi-national environmentExperience recruiting in agency and/or in-house for any of the following skill sets: Sales, Consulting, Data Science, Product, Financial Services
