About the Role:We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our company's growth. In this pivotal role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across all departments, with a primary focus on personally recruiting for our technical teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while helping to shape our overall hiring strategy.Location:Sunway VelocityReachable by Cochrane MRT station (1 station away from TRX)Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open roles, with a heavy emphasis on hands-on technical recruiting (Engineering, Product, Data).Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.Oversee and refine the recruitment process to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.Utilize data and metrics to track hiring progress and inform decision-making.Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights and guidance to hiring managers.Qualifications:5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing the recruitment process for multiple departments (e.g., Tech, Operations, Sales).Strong strategic mindset with the ability to partner with senior leadership.Expertise in proactive sourcing.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.What We Offer:A competitive compensation and benefits package.A high-impact role critical to the company's success.A collaborative culture with a focus on innovation.
