This role requires a strategic and hands-on recruiter who can lead a team, build strong partnerships with business leaders, and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a highly competitive market. The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a key role in strengthening the company’s employer brand, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and delivering high-quality hires aligned with organizational goals.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer management and onboarding.Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Ensure recruitment targets and quality standards are met.Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, industry associations) to identify and attract specialized talent in the semiconductor and electronics sectors.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.Ensure an excellent candidate experience and uphold employer branding throughout all recruitment touchpoints.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning, talent mapping, and succession planning.Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy standards in all recruitment activities.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven success hiring for the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team.Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies for both technical and professional roles.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational execution and long-term talent planning.Proficiency in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.Recruitment-related certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS, SHRM, etc.) are an advantage.Willing to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.Ready to take the next step in your career?
