We urgently seek a dynamic Talent Acquisition specialist to lead high-volume recruitment for critical technology roles, including cybersecurity professionals, engineers, and architects. With rapid organisational growth, this role is pivotal in securing top talent to meet continuing business demands. This is a 360 recruitment role and will oversee/mentor a small team, act as a trusted advisor to the business, leverage data-driven insights, and champion the employer brand to attract exceptional technical candidates across all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesRapidly source, yet with a focus on quality, screen, and hire for critical roles such as cyber security , engineers, and architects to meet growth targets and urgent project deadlines.Manage and mentor a small team ensuring alignment with hiring goals and fostering a high performance culture.Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership as a trusted advisor to understand urgent technical role requirements, provide data and market insights, and develop impactful recruitment strategies.Leverage recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline, hire quality) to optimise processes and deliver actionable insights in business discussions.Actively promote the company employer value proposition through social media and candidate discussions, to attract top-tier technical talent in a competitive market.Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience, maintaining rapid communication and engagement from outreach to onboarding.Stay ahead of market trends in technology hiring, understanding market challenges and pivoting where needed to ensure recruitment pipelines are fulfilled QualificationsExperience: 5-10 years in technical talent acquisition, with a proven track record in high-volume, time-sensitive hiring for roles such as cybersecurity professionals, engineers, and architects across all levelsLeadership: Experience managing or mentoring a small team in fast-paced environments.Data Proficiency: Expertise in using recruitment analytics and applicant tracking systems to drive rapid, data-informed decisions.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.Employer Branding: Proven ability to promote employer brand through digital channels and candidate interactionsEducation: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and rapid problem-solvingAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environmentExceptional organisational and time-management skillsDeep passion for technology and understanding of industry trendsStrong advisor, can work closely with the business as a true partner
