Role Objectives:The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment operations to support business growth and workforce plans. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality hires across all functions by driving efficient recruitment processes, maintaining strong partnerships with internal P&C stakeholders and business stakeholders, and enhancing the company’s employer brand. The Talent Acquisition Manager also plans and delivers hiring events such as open days, job fairs, and campus drives, while fostering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting diversity and inclusion throughout all recruitment activities.Roles & Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:- Implement the company’s talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business and workforce plans.- Manage full-cycle recruitment across all levels, including mass, niche, and professional hiring.- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand and forecast hiring needs.- Ensure all recruitment activities uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.Recruitment Campaigns & Employer Branding:- Plan and execute open days, career fairs, and campus recruitment programs to attract qualified candidates.- Collaborate with the Employer Branding and Marketing teams on digital recruitment campaigns and promotional materials.- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, institutions, and external agencies to strengthen talent pipelines.- Support initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.Team Leadership & Development:- Lead, guide, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes.- Set clear objectives and monitor team performance using defined KPIs.- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and inclusive team environment.Operational Excellence & Reporting:- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular performance reports.- Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and candidate experience.- Ensure full compliance with recruitment procedures and documentation standards.Technology & Process Optimization:- Utilize recruitment systems and tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms) effectively to enhance operational performance.- Support digital transformation initiatives led by the Head of TA and ensure adoption of new systems or processes.Vendor & Budget Management :- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and service providers to ensure quality delivery within budget.- Track and manage recruitment spend, supporting budget efficiency and cost optimization.Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.- Proven experience in managing high-volume and specialized hiring within FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.- Strong command of recruitment tools, ATS, and digital sourcing platforms.- Experience organizing open days, job fairs, and employer branding events.
