Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, located in Cochin, SK. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Daily tasks include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate databases. The role also entails maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance with staffing policies. Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skillsProficiency in developing Recruitment Strategies and managing Candidate DatabasesStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsAbility to manage Relationships with Recruitment AgenciesExcellent Organizational and Time Management skillsKnowledge of compliance with Staffing PoliciesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the consulting or staffing industry is a plus
