Together, we will develop a modern People & Organization team that actively supports our businessYou will take sole responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from clarifying requirements to signing contractsYou will design job advertisements, manage tenders, and conduct interviews with passion and professionalismYou will support our managers as a competent partner throughout the entire end-to-end recruiting processYou will advise and inspire on all topics related to recruiting, talent attraction, and employer brandingYou will ensure a positive candidate experience – transparent, appreciative, and humanYou will contribute your own ideas to further develop our recruiting processes, tools, and systemsYou will represent us at trade fairs and events and raise the profile of our employer brandYour profileA degree or basic commercial training with further training in HRSeveral years of experience in in-house recruiting—ideally at all levels, from specialist to executiveExperience in a dynamic, growing environment—you feel comfortable when things are movingExperience with SuccessFactors is a plusA good sense of people, markets, and recruiting trendsEnjoyment of design, high service orientation, and intercultural competenceVery good German and confident English skills (interviews and team communication)
