Purpose Of The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Lead to spearhead the Sourcing Team within the Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in driving proactive talent pipelining, market intelligence, and sourcing excellence across the specified BU / Region. The incumbent will lead a team of sourcing specialists and collaborate closely with HCM Relationship manager, Hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition outcomes.ResponsibilitiesStrategy and PlanningDesign and execute robust sourcing strategies to fulfill hiring requirements across the BU.Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of banking talent through direct sourcing, social recruiting, employee referrals, and vendor partnerships.Track key funnel metrics (CVs sourced, shortlisted, selected, offered) to ensure pipeline health.Track and manage cost-per-hire across verticals; identify opportunities to reduce hiring costs without compromising quality.Design and implement diversity-focused sourcing programs, especially for women and underrepresented talent pools.Partner with external diversity hiring platforms and internal networks to ensure inclusivity in sourcing efforts.Policies, Processes & ProceduresAct as custodian of Talent Acquisition SOPs and processes within the ATS.Execute key TA policies such as Employee Referral and Internal Mobility.Ensure close tracking of Turnaround Time (TAT) at all stages of hiring.Identify bottlenecks in the sourcing process and implement improvements to reduce cycle time, improve experienceEnsure adoption of TA Policy, Process and system with business teams and stakeholdersHiring OwnershipSpearhead hiring for the assigned BU/Region.Allocate work across team members and drive optimum productivity.Drive and manage function scorecards to measure productivity & performanceManage senior stakeholder meetings at Business head level and ensure alignment on hiring priorities.Monitor and publish critical dashboards to relevant stakeholders.Align Hiring Strategies to Larger Objectives at HCMParticipate & Lead Critical projects within the Function or HCM at largeTeam ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists.Foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous capability building.Qualifications Graduate or MBA HR with Min 8-10 years of experience in TA along with managing teams Experience in BFSI or similar high-volume hiring environments Sourcing Strategy, ATS Management, Funnel Analytics, Diversity Hiring, Market Mapping
