Join us to make a significant impact on our workforce and contribute to Nokia's mission in a supportive and diverse team culture.How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnOwn the hiring plans for designated business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles.Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and HRBPs to drive execution of talent acquisition plans.Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment trends, competitive landscape, and compensation strategies.Deliver exceptional candidate experiences by crafting effective sell strategies and enhancing communication throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with third-party suppliers and utilize diverse recruitment channels, including social media and employee referrals.Facilitate conflict resolution and promote diversity awareness to build cohesive, high-performing teams.Support regional and global recruitment strategies in partnership with recruitment leads and business partners.Key Skills And ExperienceYou have:Proficiency in Japanese5+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency, focusing on technical and/or sales rolesStrong sourcing abilities with a creative approach across various technical and engineering disciplinesProven experience within the Asia Pacific region and JapanProven strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build relationships at all levelsCustomer service mindset, ensuring candidate and hiring manager satisfactionIt would be nice if you also had:Outstanding project and program management skills, effectively managing multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skillsExperience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across social media and employee referralsAbout Us Come create the technology that helps the world act togetherNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
