Job Title: Talent Acquisition PartnerLocation: Singapore Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Singapore team. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire the best talent to support our company’s growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, data-driven recruitment, and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Use data and market insights to advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events and networking opportunities.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and regional TA teams on workforce planning and DEI initiatives.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure alignment with company standards and budgets.Leverage digital tools, ATS, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse) to optimize sourcing efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional or fast-paced corporate environment.Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Strong sourcing and market mapping skills using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.Data-driven mindset and familiarity with recruitment analytics.Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or Taleo).Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting for roles in specific domains such as Technology, Finance, Engineering, or Commercial functions.Exposure to regional hiring across APAC.Passion for employer branding, candidate experience, and continuous process improvement.What We OfferCompetitive salary and annual performance bonus.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.Regional exposure and the chance to shape the company’s talent strategy.
