Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles within the company. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, implementing strategies to attract top talent, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Other responsibilities include analyzing recruitment metrics and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various platformsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsAbility to analyze hiring metrics and develop recruitment strategiesStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring projectsExperience with employer branding strategies and campus recruitment initiatives is a plusPrevious experience in recruiting for technology or logistics roles is preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
