Where passion meets opportunityThe best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail!Your PurposeAs a Talent Acquisition & Social Media Intern, you will support the development and implementation of MSC Cruises recruitment and employer branding initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, digital communication, and employer branding, working within an international HR team.Your ImpactContribute to the creation of engaging content for social media platforms to showcase our unique culture and career opportunities.Collaborate with the team to plan and execute participation in career fairs and recruitment events.Collaborate with the crew management team to ensure that content on the career website is relevant and tailored to both onboard and shoreside populations.Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and execute content strategies that enhance the candidate experience and drive recruitment outcomes.Post new job openings on various platforms, including our career website, job boards, and social media channels, ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions.Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.Organise interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience: interviews scheduling (Teams and face-2-face), meeting room, parking & flights booking.Maintain candidate databases.Your Journey so farCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.English native or bilingual. Other languages are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, World, Teams and Powerpoint.Strong knowledge and passion for social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn).Knowledge of native dashboard insights and publishing functionalities is a plus.Knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus (ex.
