This position will be critical in leading and managing research and sourcing activities for Talent Acquisition Team, HR and the Business.This is not a standard sourcing position where you will be involved in working on particular requisitions. This role requires creativity, innovative thinking and strategic approach as you will be involved in different talent research initiatives starting from talent mapping through DI focused projects and process improvements.You will have chance to learn non standard approach to talent sourcing and shape the way sourcing is applied.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeCollaboration with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand business requirements and advise on sourcing strategyConduct talent searches using standard and creative methodsPre-identifying talent and building pipelines for critical business unitsAct as a brand ambassador for Lenovo externallyWork on various talent mapping/research initiativesCome up with new ideas of how to attract talent and further build our brandWork together with a global sourcing team to exchange the ideas and come up with process improvementsWhat You Will BringMin of 3 years of sourcing experience or recruitment + sourcing experienceStrong experience in international recruitment in EMEAAbility to think and manage multiple projects independentlyKnowledge of most up to date sourcing tools and methodsCreative and problem solving attitudeThe starting salary is 1,250 for junior applicants.
