This role will include sourcing, interviewing and onboarding candidates to meet the organization’s staffing requirements. The Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.Key duties and ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Recruitment:Lead and manage the recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.Leverage a variety of recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking and referrals to attract top-tier talent.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles across the organization.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines and market insights.Guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process ensuring the alignment of candidates with organizational needs.Candidate Engagement & Experience:Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive and seamless experience.Act as the point of contact for candidates, answering queries, providing updates and ensuring they are informed at each stage.Coordinate interviews, assessments and reference checks.Employer Branding & Outreach:Support employer branding efforts to promote Binghatti Group’s culture, values and career opportunities.Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events and university engagements to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Recruitment Analytics & ReportingTrack and report on key recruitment metrics such as quality of hire and cost-per-hire.Continuously assess recruitment effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and Binghatti Group’s internal policies.Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.Technology UtilizationUtilize HR technologies to streamline and enhance recruitment efficiency.Recommend innovative tools and practices to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.Other Tasks and AccountabilitiesPerform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitmentsPosition RequirementsWork ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of experience in a similar roleEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related fieldSkills/Behaviour AttributesStrong recruitment and sourcing skills.Excellent knowledge of hiring best practices, interview techniques and employer branding strategies.Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, resolve hiring challenges and ensure positive candidate experiences.Strong communication and relationship building skills.Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
