The ideal candidate should be familiar with social media and its applications in TA, has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment law and legislation, and keeps informed in company hiring plans.Illumina is a fast-paced company with an open and collaborative culture, we are seeking someone who embodies and embraces these values.Position ResponsibilitiesRecruit for all positions for Illumina Singapore’s Manufacturing and R&D sites located in WoodlandsWork closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectationsDevelop proactive sourcing strategies and work with hiring managers to identify the talent pool in anticipation of business needsStay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talentAssess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positionsWork closely with hiring manager and HRBP to create compensation packages for successful candidates, and see-through offer closure with successful negotiations with candidatePromote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunityKeep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company to ensure compliancePrepare recruitment reports, analytics and presentations for reporting purposeOrganize and host employer branding events and recruitment drivesInnovate and execute projects to improve recruiting processListed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
