If you're ready to take your recruitment expertise to the next level, we want to hear from you!DescriptionYou will manage the complete recruitment process for both internal and external candidates, focusing mainly on the IT and legal sectors within the recruitment and selection team;You’ll enhance and refine sourcing strategies and foster process improvements to attract top-tier talent as the organization evolves;You will work closely with hiring managers to outline job requirements, compose compelling job postings, and establish effective recruitment methodologies;You’ll publicize job openings on suitable platforms such as LinkedIn and specialized job boards, collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary, and proactively seek out candidates for specific positions;You will screen candidates, organize and participate in interviews (both via Teams and in person) alongside relevant stakeholders; you’ll also draft candidate evaluation reports;You will prepare offers of employment for chosen candidates in accordance with the established salary guidelines;You will maintain recruitment metrics (such as candidate numbers, time-to-hire, and pipeline status) and provide regular updates on key performance indicators related to recruitment;You’ll take part in ongoing enhancement initiatives within the recruitment team, focusing on tools, process optimization, and employer branding efforts.ProfileHolds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline;Possesses at least 7 years of relevant experience in a comparable recruitment position, specifically with a background in sourcing IT professionals; Is fluent in English, Dutch, and French;Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, whether over the phone, in person, or through virtual channels, while also being self-sufficient, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment;Has a comprehensive understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media, along with proficiency in the Office 365 suite;Is well-organized, capable of managing multiple requests each week, and effectively operates within a hybrid work setting.OfferOur client offers you a rewarding role within an organization dedicated to a vital public-interest mission;Enjoy flexible freelance arrangements, with options for part-time or full-time engagement, to be determined in conversation;Benefit from a hybrid working structure, blending in-person work in Brussels with the convenience of remote operations;Seize the opportunity to make a significant contribution by assisting our client in enhancing its recruitment processes while playing a key role in a transformative journey.
