This is an exciting opportunity to join a global business that is ambitious, rapidly growing, and deeply committed to developing your career.The OpportunityWe are looking for experienced Life Sciences Recruitment Specialists to join our nearshore team and deliver best-in-class talent solutions. You will work closely with our US BioTalent leadership and client teams to identify and engage top scientific and technical talent across biotech, pharma, medical devices, and related fields - helping our clients accelerate discovery, innovation, and patient impact.What You’ll Be DoingSourcing high-quality scientific, technical, and operational candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and targeted market mapping.Screening and qualifying candidates across Life Sciences disciplines (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, Commercial, etc.).Building strong pipelines of niche specialist talent for both current and anticipated hiring needs.Collaborating with Account Directors, Delivery Leads, and client stakeholders across the US Life Sciences market.Delivering an exceptional candidate experience aligned with BioTalent’s values and industry standards.Maintaining accurate, compliant, and audit-ready records within our ATS/CRM systems.What We’re Looking For3–6 years’ recruitment experience within Life Sciences (agency, RPO, or in-house).Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).Strong sourcing capability, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple scientific hiring projects at pace.A collaborative team player with a global mindset and a strong interest in the Life Sciences sector.What We OfferSalary: $15,000 – $25,000 per annum (dependent on experience and location).Commission: Deal-based commission ($100–$200 per successful placement).The opportunity to help build a new high-growth nearshore hub within a global Life Sciences business.A collaborative culture that values your expertise, your ideas, and your progression.Exposure to international Life Sciences projects and partnerships with innovative global brands.
