About The OpportunityA fast-growing organisation in the Talent Acquisition & HR Solutions sector, delivering end-to-end hiring and employer-branding services for distributed teams. We partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market functions to build scalable hiring pipelines and superior candidate experiences at volume.Standardized job title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistRole & ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: craft role briefs, source candidates, conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and drive offers to closure.Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.Operate and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): triage applications, maintain candidate records, and produce hiring metrics and status reports.Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring criteria, set SLAs, and deliver shortlist-ready candidates aligned to role and culture fit.Lead candidate experience initiatives—clear communication, timely feedback, and professional offer management to maximise acceptance rates.Support employer branding and campus/outreach programs to enhance talent flow and passive candidate engagement.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveProven hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally hiring for tech and/or commercial functions.Practical experience with ATS administration and daily use (tracking, reporting, candidate lifecycle).Demonstrable expertise in sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job-board sourcing.Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.Track record of delivering quality hires and improving time-to-fill and offer-acceptance metrics.Comfortable working remote across India and managing distributed interview schedules and coordination.PreferredExperience with employer-branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.Experience using Greenhouse, Lever, or similar modern ATS platforms.Prior exposure to hiring for early-stage startups or fast-growth product teams.Benefits & Culture HighlightsRemote-first role with flexible work hours and asynchronous collaboration.Opportunities for career growth in talent operations, recruiting leadership, and employer-branding projects.High-autonomy environment that values data-driven hiring and experimentation.Location: Remote (India).
