Our team is passionate about creativity, innovation, and delivering impactful media solutions to top brands across Vietnam.We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist in Hà Nội to drive our employer branding and talent acquisition efforts for sales, marketing, and senior-level positions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for positions across Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions in the Hà Nội office.Build and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic hiring advice.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key leadership roles (including Director and above).Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice in the media industry.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specializing in corporate or agency hiring.Proven track record in senior-level hiring (e.g., Director, Head of Department).Strong understanding of the media, digital, or e-commerce industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive, dedicated, and passionate attitude toward recruitment and employer branding.Fluent in Vietnamese and EnglishWhy Join UsOpportunity to contribute to the top DOOH media company in Vietnam.Dynamic, creative, and collaborative working environment.Career growth with meaningful impact on our talent strategy and brand image.
