Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our European client, a company providing professional services across APAC region. The role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across different functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives.Main Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create clear, targeted job descriptions.Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success.Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for all candidates.Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices and market trends.Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives and workforce planning.Required skills and experience1+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and candidate engagement.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to assess both technical and soft skills and determine candidate suitability for various roles.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
