Talent Acquisition Specialist🎯 Job Objective:To manage and execute all stages of the recruitment and talent acquisition process — from identifying staffing needs to hiring — ensuring the attraction of top talents that align with the organization’s needs and culture.🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Analyze workforce needs in collaboration with department managers.Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate channels and platforms.Conduct talent searches and sourcing using various tools (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job fairs, etc.).Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ competencies and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule final interviews with department managers.Develop and update job descriptions.🧠 Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
