Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaker)

| YOUR CHALLENGE ?We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaking) to join our growing international recruitment team.You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across engineering and IT profiles, supporting our expansion across Europe with a strong focus on the German market.This position is perfect for a consulting-minded recruiter who enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and thrives on building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.Source and attract engineering and IT professionals through innovative channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).Conduct interviews, assess technical and soft skills, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience.Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment dashboards to track performance and pipeline progress.Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU ?3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an international consulting or engineering/IT environment.Strong understanding of technical profiles (engineering, IT, digital, etc.).German language skills – B1 minimum (spoken and written).Fluency in English; French is a plus.Experience recruiting for the German market or DACH region is a strong asset.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Curious, proactive, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
