Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for handling the full-life cycle recruiting process, overseeing the hiring process, developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the best fit candidates are selected for the organization. The specialist will also be tasked with continuous improvement of the recruitment process and staying updated with industry trends.
