Your work will directly influence how we scale talent globally—balancing speed with humanity, and automation with authenticity.If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams, experimenting with new tech, and recruiting in a way that feels modern, meaningful, and connected—this is your next move.What You'll DoLead full-cycle recruitment across tech, commercial, and corporate rolesPartner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, strategy, and candidate experienceSource candidates through LinkedIn, AI platforms, and automated pipelinesOwn job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communicationTrack pipeline progress and hiring performance using Rippling and ClickUpCollaborate on onboarding workflows to ensure smooth, personalized startsCreate content and campaigns to promote Liven’s employer brand in key marketsSupport recruitment reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.Qualifications3–5 years of recruitment experience in tech, commercial, or corporate rolesConfident running end-to-end hiring and advising hiring managersComfortable using ATS/CRM tools (Rippling, ClickUp) and AI sourcing platformsSkilled in candidate engagement, process optimization, and employer brandingStrong communication skills in English—clear, human, and professionalCultural agility and familiarity with Indonesian marketTech-savvy, organized, and excited by AI-driven recruitment innovationPassionate about delivering fast, high-quality hiring in a high-growth environmentGood to HaveFamiliarity with recruitment analytics and data visualizationBackground in LinkedIn content, copywriting, or recruitment marketingKnowledge of Indonesia hiring norms, compliance, or market trendsCurious mindset with a love for testing tools, automation, and new strategies
