We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to ensure a smooth recruitment process and an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level across the organization.Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define workforce planning needs and create effective hiring strategies.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.Source candidates using a variety of methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach).Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communications.Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs or recruitment events.Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively.
