But we’re only at the beginning—this is a chance to shape brands that will define the next decade.About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical functions. You’ll partner closely with department heads - from Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support - to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience that supports the company’s rapid growth.This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving, globally minded team that values innovation, candidate experience, and data-driven recruitment practices.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business goals, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, employee referrals, and talent databases.Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.Coordinate interview processes, ensure timely feedback, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the pipeline.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with internal teams to forecast hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.Advise hiring managers on interview structures, compensation benchmarking, and selection best practices.Maintain strong communication loops between HR, leadership, and candidates.Process & Data ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring workflows, interview guidelines, and employer branding initiatives.Employer BrandingSupport employer branding activities through social media campaigns, career fairs, and employee storytelling.Represent the company at hiring events and professional networks to attract top talent.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical domains.Experience hiring for roles such as software engineers, data analysts, product managers, and operational staff.Strong familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., BreezyHR, Greenhouse,) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.What We OfferMarket competitive salary.Dynamic, fast-growing environment with global exposure.Collaborative culture that values creativity, learning, and inclusion.Opportunities for professional development and HR certifications.The chance to directly influence the company’s talent brand and growth trajectory.PS: The job timings for this role are 6 PM to 2 AM.
