SUMMARYRHM Real Estate Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and coordinate recruitment efforts across RHM's multifamily apartment portfolios. This role assists in implementing effective recruiting practices, maintaining candidate pipelines, and providing day-to-day support for open site-level positions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-minded, and focused on efficiently filling positions while supporting the company’s overall hiring goals.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in carrying out recruitment plans for company positions in coordination with department leaders and the HR team.Post open positions across appropriate job boards and social media platforms, ensuring listings are accurate and up to date.Source and screen candidates using established methods and tools, referring qualified applicants to hiring managers.Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a professional and timely hiring process.Support hiring managers by preparing interview materials and sharing best practices for candidate evaluation.Assist with background screening processes to ensure compliance and consistency.Prepare and send offer letters, maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.Create and maintain accurate new-hire files, documentation, and onboarding materials.Assist in onboarding coordination, including orientation scheduling, documentation tracking, and follow-up with new hires.Support employee engagement and retention activities under the direction of the HR Director.Attend local career fairs and assist in representing the company to potential candidates and partners.Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to update recruiting materials and ensure brand consistency.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.1–3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated to provide strong support to hiring managers and the HR department.Familiarity with sourcing methods, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Shares RHM’s core values: Will-to-Win, Be a Good Person, Loyal, and Teamwork.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSMinimum starting salary: $55,000Exact starting salary offer based on prior experience and qualificationsMedical, dental, vision, and other ancillary plans100% employer-paid life insurance policy and long-term disability coverage401k participation after 1 year, with employer matchingPaid time off: holidays, and PTO to support work-life balanceWORK SETTING & DETAILSchedule: Full-time, Monday - FridayWork Location: on-site at corporate office + occasional local travelReliably commute or planning to relocate before starting workU.S. work authorization required
