With two arms:🏊 Swimwerks Academy – a swim school helping kids and adults gain water confidence and life-saving skills.🛟 Swimwerks Asia – providing professional lifeguard services to 5-star hotels, country clubs, theme parks, schools, and more.We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Medan to help us grow our people power.Recruitment (Your Main Game)Hunt down awesome talent – lifeguards and swim coachesOwn the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboardingUse creative sourcing methods (social media, referrals, networks) to build strong pipelinesBe the go-to person for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring journeyHR (The People Side)Handle contracts, HR admin, and basic payroll supportWelcome and onboard new team members so they feel at home from Day 1Support staff engagement and retention activities (yes, fun stuff included 🎉)Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor lawsCollaborate with our Singapore team on people projects and reportingWhat we're looking forDiploma / Degree in HR, Business, or something similar (but skills and attitude matter more!)Preferably experience in recruitment.
