Position - Talent Acquisition SpecialistType - OutsourcedLocation - Abu DhabiContract - Long TermKey responsibilities● Identify, source, and onboard qualified trainers, facilitators, and subject matter expertsacross domains (technology, business, leadership, and functional skills).● Build and nurture a strong network of independent trainers, consulting firms, andinstitutional partners across the UAE and GCC.● Collaborate closely with program and delivery teams to understand client requirementsand match them with the right trainer profiles.● Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, associations, and professional communities tocontinuously expand the trainer base.● Negotiate commercial terms to ensure cost-effective trainer acquisition whilemaintaining quality benchmarks.● Manage trainer contracting, onboarding documentation, and scheduling coordination.● Maintain and update the internal trainer database, including profiles, rates, feedback,and availability.● Ensure quick turnaround and readiness of trainers for ongoing and upcoming clientengagements.● Track trainer performance feedback and maintain long-term relationships for repeatengagements.RegardsTASC Recruitment Team
