Job Description

The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is crucial for managing recruiting workflow and serve as adviser to the customers' business, building and extending customer relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to customers. This role is also responsible for serving as talent acquisition industry expert, providing the hiring manager with insights, using data and relevant technology to inform decision-making and drive conversations with customers. Serve as the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.What’s The Role All About?Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:Managing high-touch candidate relationships and remain customer focused and responsive in customer-facing activities.Analyze the requirements of a job, attract candidates by using sources such as databases and social media, and screen and select applicants.Source, attract, interview, and filter candidates for open positions for critical/hard-to-fill and higher-level roles (Managers and up)Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for management and hard-to-fill professional roles using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools.Carry out online research and telephone interviews and review submitted portfolios of work to validate work experience and qualifications of candidates for critical/hard-to-fill and higher-level roles (Managers and up) and screen out those who do not meet key criteria.Contribute to the creation of recruitment campaignsDevelop and implement a communication plan for hiring managers to align on candidate requirements and qualifications, job scoping, and talent acquisition updates; act as first point of contact for hiring manager queries related to talent acquisitionCoordinate and ensure the accurate and timely completion of pre-employment and onboarding requirements.Who Are We Looking For?An effective Talent Acquisition must possess the following skills:Sourcing and talent mapping: Analyze demographics and known preferences of candidate target groups; propose channel and media selectionsScreening and assessment of candidate fit and conducting structured, behavioral, or competency-based interviewsSocial Media Engagement: Propose channel and media selections and messaging content, drafting of communications and event contents and usage of different job platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.Proficiency with the use of Applicant Tracking SystemsCustomer Relationship Management: Act as first point of contact for hiring manager and employees regarding talent acquisition-related queriesStakeholder Engagement: Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, aligning, clarifying, and addressing concerns, drafting and updating supporting materials to ensure stakeholder understanding and commitment.Knowledge with HRIS Ideally, a candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Statistics, Behavioral Sciences, or Industrial Engineering, preferably with 1-2 years sound experience and understanding of HR Systems and Talent Acquisition.
