We’re seeking a Business Specialist: Recruitment to support our continued growth by identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent across our consultancy’s disciplines, including BIM, Planning, Project Controls, Data Analytics, Lean, Construction and Engineering. Pharmaceutical and Data Centre industrial exposure would be a bonus.The role is a mix of recruitment operations, employer branding, and people experience. You’ll work closely with business leaders to forecast resource needs, build relationships with candidates and universities, and ensure a world-class hiring experience that reflects WiiGroup’s mission, culture, and values.Our Ideal CandidateYou’re a dynamic and people-oriented recruiter who loves matching great talent with great opportunities. You’re comfortable engaging with project delivery staff and management to understand resourcing needs in real-world contexts.Experience RequiredLead end-to-end recruitment — from workforce planning and job scoping through to offer management, onboarding, and induction across multiple business functions.2–5 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR within the construction, engineering, or consultancy sectors, with a strong grasp of modern sourcing techniques.Develop and promote employer branding initiatives that communicate WiiGroup’s mission, values, and culture to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.Partner with business leaders to forecast project resource requirements and implement effective workforce planning strategies.Build strong candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing channels, professional networking, graduate engagement, and digital platforms such as LinkedIn and industry forums.Champion diversity and inclusion by ensuring all recruitment campaigns attract and engage a wide range of talent across demographics, disciplines, and backgrounds.Coordinate and support interview and selection processes, ensuring structure, transparency, and a consistently positive candidate experience.Contribute to employee retention and engagement initiatives, conducting exit interviews and supporting People Culture programmes to drive continuous improvement.Maintain detailed recruitment analytics and insights to measure performance, enhance decision-making, and identify emerging market and talent trends across the construction and technology industries.What's On OfferJoining WiiGroup means you get to work with creative professional who want to push the boundaries of innovation digitalisation.
