Talent Advisor / Recruiter – Aviva Account (Galway, Ireland)Job PurposeAs a Talent Advisor / Recruiter, you are responsible for the end-to-end fulfilment of recruitment requisitions for the Aviva account. This includes driving sourcing strategies, managing the candidate pipeline, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes while ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.You will act as both a strategic partner and a hands-on recruiter, managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake and sourcing through to offer acceptance. In this hybrid position, you will balance volume hiring and strategic recruitment activities, bringing market insights, creativity, and innovation to craft future-fit talent solutions.You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the recruitment strategy for Aviva Ireland, based out of our Galway office.Key Responsibilities1. Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the main point of contact for hiring managers, building strong partnerships and trust.Lead intake and strategy meetings to define requirements, competencies, and team dynamics.Consult with stakeholders on recruitment strategy, timelines, and market challenges.Manage the full hiring lifecycle: intake → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer stage.Handle escalations and proactively communicate progress and recommendations.Collaborate closely with the Budapest delivery hub and internal partners to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.2. Sourcing & Candidate ManagementExecute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools.Engage both active and passive talent through creative outreach and employer branding.Conduct 15–20 minute screening calls to assess suitability and motivation.Prepare and brief candidates for interviews, ensuring they are well-informed and confident.Manage up to 20–30 requisitions concurrently, with potential for up to 50 headcount during high-volume campaigns.Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience, ensuring timely, transparent communication.3. Recruitment Strategy & Market IntelligencePartner with hiring managers and business leaders to build data-driven recruitment plans.Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to influence hiring decisions.Use analytics and metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and advise stakeholders.Develop talent pipelines for critical and future roles.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across processes and candidate engagement.4. Process & AdministrationEnsure all candidate and requisition data is accurately updated in GR8 People / ATS.Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, diversity insights, etc.).Support offer creation and onboarding coordination in line with internal SLAs.Ensure compliance with both client-specific and Randstad Sourceright processes.Key Skills & CompetenciesClient FocusYou build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate openly, and deliver recruitment outcomes that add value for both the client and Randstad.
