Machine/Gluing OperatorRequirementsPrevious experience, as an operator, with the ability to make ready all styles including undersize, straight-line, crash lock and integral fitmentsAttention to detailAbility to problem solve, trouble shoot and innovate to achieve high quality cartonsCapable of working to strict deadlines in a fast paced and adaptable environmentGood communication skillsWork with high quality materials, cartons and finishesEnsuring the companies quality standards are maintainedLeading a small team, reporting to Gluing ManagerEnthusiasm and determination to excel and be proud of the cartons you produceFolding Carton Gluing OperatorBenefitsSalary £33 000 - £39 000 pa, based on skill level and experienceWeekly payPaid breaks4 day working week (40 hours per week on double rotation)27 days holiday including bank holidays (we are open on bank holidays)Training and progression opportunitiesAccidental life insuranceHealth and wellbeing programme5% employer Pension contributionFree parkingMeet the Organisation:
