Requirements:A bachelor's Degree is highly advantageous 1+ years’ experience in recruitment or a background in sales or consulting Responsibilities:Manage 360° recruitment processes: client briefings, sourcing, interviews, placements Engage with mission-driven clients to understand workforce needs and build talent strategies Identify and attract top-tier candidates through strategic sourcing and engagement Provide consultative hiring advice, including salary benchmarks, market insights, and long-term planning Build deep, trust-based relationships with candidates and clients Collaborate internally to improve processes, share insights, and build sector knowledge Use tools (ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) effectively to manage pipelines and workflows
