Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment across our global business units. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration, and stakeholder partnership are at the heart of success.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment LeadershipManage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business functions and regionsPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and set clear expectations for the recruitment processConduct proactive sourcing campaigns using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, and market mappingStrategic Talent PartneringAct as a consultant to senior stakeholders, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations on talent acquisition strategiesSupport workforce planning and succession initiatives by aligning hiring strategies with long-term business needsDrive employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, top-tier talent globallyCandidate Experience ExcellenceEnsure every candidate receives a positive, transparent, and engaging experience from application to onboardingConduct structured interviews, facilitate assessments, and manage offer negotiationsAct as an ambassador of our values and culture, building meaningful connections with prospective employeesHiring Manager EngagementGuide managers through hiring best practices, interview techniques, and inclusive recruitment approachesProvide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metricsInfluence decision-making by presenting data-driven insights and recommendationsATS & Process Optimization (Workday)Leverage your expertise in Workday ATS to manage requisitions, track candidate pipelines, and maintain accurate recruitment dataContinuously evaluate and optimize recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and complianceEnsure full compliance with global data protection and employment regulationsQualifications & ExperienceProven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a global or matrix organizationStrong track record of partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisionsDeep knowledge of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent engagement techniquesHands-on experience with Workday ATS (or equivalent systems) and the ability to optimize system usageExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needsPassion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experienceWhat We OfferOpportunity to partner with global leaders and influence business-critical hiring decisionsA dynamic, inclusive, and innovation-driven cultureTools, resources, and training to grow your career in talent acquisitionExposure to global markets, diverse industries, and cutting-edge recruitment practicesAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
