This role ensures that candidates, new hires, and employees experience a seamless and engaging journey with Tundra.Talent Acquisition SupportCoordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage candidate scheduling logistics.Support job postings, application tracking, and candidate communications through the ATS.Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.Maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and candidate trackers for leadership visibility.Assist with recruitment-related projects and events such as career fairs and referral campaigns.New Hire OnboardingPrepare employment contracts and manage administrative steps leading up to start date.Coordinate new hire onboarding schedules and system setup (accounts, tools, and access).Manage welcome communications, new hire documentation, and onboarding checklists.Support onboarding sessions and ensure a consistent new hire experience across regions.Training & Development SupportProvide logistical and administrative support for internal learning programs and workshops.Coordinate invites, attendance tracking, pre-session materials, and follow-up communications.Maintain learning calendars, participant records, and feedback forms.Support the development of training materials and learning content where needed.Who You Are1–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development coordination.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HR/ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, BambooHR, or similar).A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for creating great people experiences.The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Our benefits offering includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.At Tundra, we are dedicated to building an inclusive and authentic workplace.
