JOB DETAILSReporting to the Organisational Development Business Partner (OD BP), the Talent & Development Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for appropriate levels, supporting managers in identifying and attracting top talent while ensuring a consistently high candidate experience. The Executive will support the implementation of Ibec’s Growth & Development Framework, playing an important role in driving transparency, capability development, and internal mobility across the organisation.The Talent & Development Executive will work collaboratively across the People & Culture team, providing support on performance, learning and development, and talent reporting, ensuring that systems, processes, and data are used effectively to support decision-making and continuous improvement.The closing date for applications will be 5pm on 5th November 2025.About The RoleRecruitment & Talent Mobility Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes as assigned in delivering effective talent solutions for Ibec. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies in line with Ibec’s Growth & Development Framework.Build professional and engaging job descriptions and advertisements with hiring managers.Ensure a seamless experience for all candidates — including providing timely, constructive feedback.Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines, both internally and externally, while promoting internal mobility and embedding inclusive recruitment practices.Talent, Growth & Development Support the OD BP in embedding the Growth & Development Framework across the organisation systems and processes, helping embed a culture of continuous growth and development.Support the OD BP to assist managers and employees in understanding growth and development and opportunities for progression within Ibec.Data, Reporting & Compliance Assist in the collection and analysis of talent-related data, including recruitment metrics, internal mobility, skills and learning and development participation. Ensure adherence to employment legislation, internal policies and procedures.Contribute to transparency reporting, workforce planning, and audit preparedness by ensuring high standards of data accuracy and timely reporting.Team & Project Support Provide flexible support to the OD BP and wider People & Culture team on key initiatives and projects that drive organisational effectiveness.Support the OD BP to maintain and improve documentation, systems, and internal communications related to performance management, development, and recruitment.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance the employee experience and promote Ibec as an employer of choice.Note: This list is not exhaustive but reflects the nature of the duties related to this role.Due to the changing business needs this role and its responsibilities is subject to change over time. About YouQualifications A primary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.A postgraduate qualification or CIPD accreditation is desirable or in progress.Knowledge & Skills Strong interest in talent management, recruitment, and employee development.Good working knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and recruitment lifecycle.Digitally open and confident using HRIS (Personio preferred), AI software, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and data tools.Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work with sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Experience 3-5 years’ experience in a talent or HR generalist role, ideally with exposure to recruitment or development.Experience supporting line managers in people-related activities is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Previous experience with job architecture or frameworks is an advantage, but not essential.Ibec Core Competencies Bias towards actionCollaborative – work together as ‘one Ibec’.Dynamic – approach initiatives with careful planning, energy, drive, and resilience.Decisive – make clear, well-informed decisions.Member and Customer FocusAgile and Adaptive – embrace change and be adaptive to members’ needs and in ambitious situations.Creative and Innovative – not afraid of dynamic thinking in finding solutions.Curious and Critical Thinking – open minded and proactive in gathering data in developing opinions.Drive and Personal LeadershipAmbitious – driven and can take responsible risks.Accountable – committed to highest standards and takes ownership of actions.Continuous Improvement – proactive on personal and professional developmentIbec is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for potential and existing employees with a disability.
