Job Description Develop and execute the strategy for NOK’s new training product across B2B and B2C marketsLead the training department, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needsAct as product owner, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth deliveryBuild and manage relationships with external trainers and training partnersDesign scalable training programs tailored to client and market demandsMonitor performance metrics and continuously improve training offeringsEnsure high-quality communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholdersStay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training solutionsUse analytics to assess training effectiveness and guide improvements.Work with sales to identify upselling opportunities through training packages or certifications.Requirements Proven experience in training consultancy or talent development firmsStrong background in strategic planning and product ownershipDemonstrated experience applying gamification in training or learning environmentsExcellent stakeholder management skills, especially in B2B contextsFluent in English with exceptional communication skillsExperience coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentFamiliarity with outsourcing or service-based business models is a plusExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training platformsFamiliarity with instructional design principlesStrong project management skills
