Talent Development Manager

Talent Development Business Partner, Madrid, c€90,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, permanent. Our client is a successful Global organisation with a long and proud history of offering excellent services to their customers. Due to an exciting period of change they now have the requirement for a Talent Development Partner join their Madrid based team. As Talent Development Business Partner, you will report into the Talent Director and will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the European Talent Development strategy across 23 countries. You will be responsible for ensuring processes are in place to build and support a strong Talent pipeline across Europe whilst working with the wider HR and Talent team to influence global Talent and Learning initiatives. An experienced business partner you will take the lead on a variety of Talent initiatives including succession planning, strategic workforce planning, performance management and employee and leadership development, whilst also being involved in additional global Talent & Learning programmes. This is a hands-on role where you will help influence strategies to increase performance and engagement, identifying strengths and weaknesses in plans across functions and plan for succession of internal Talent whilst managing the delivery of the European employee development program, collaborating closely with HR colleagues to ensure the delivery of these programs across a variety of functions.You are ambitious, commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and changing environment. You communicate well with people at all levels and have the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels across all functions.
